Can I change which studios I have access to?+
Yes. On the One- or Two-studio plans you can swap your studios once per billing period from your account page. Need to change again sooner? Email nativeskillshub@gmail.com and we'll help.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Anytime, from your account page. Upgrades apply immediately and Polar invoices the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I cancel?+
You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your access pauses — no future charges. You can resubscribe anytime.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Request a refund from your billing portal or by emailing nativeskillshub@gmail.com.
What about VAT and sales tax?+
