Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in joining Native Skills Hub. If the Service isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial charge — no questions asked.
Subscriptions also include a free trial period (3 days monthly, 7 days annual). If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged at all.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at nativeskillshub@gmail.com and we'll help you through the process.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After the 30-day window, prior charges are not refundable, but you can cancel to avoid being billed again.
Exceptional circumstances
If you were charged in error, charged after canceling, or have any other concern about a payment, contact us at nativeskillshub@gmail.com and we will work with Paddle to make it right, even outside the 30-day window.
