Legal
Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
Native Skills Hub (the "Service") is operated by Native English Community ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "user") enter into an agreement with Native English Community on these terms. You can reach us at nativeskillshub@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance
By signing up, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.
3. The Service
Native Skills Hub is an English-learning subscription that gives access to one or more of three studios: the Native Writing Lab, the Native Reading Room, and the Native Word Vault. The exact studios you can access depend on the plan you choose at checkout.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or spam;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- upload malware, probe or scan our systems, or interfere with security;
- scrape, copy, or redistribute our content beyond personal study;
- resell, sublicense, or share your access with others;
- attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any technical limit of the Service.
6. Intellectual property and your content
All software, course materials, lexicon entries, reading library content, branding, and other materials provided through the Service remain the property of Native English Community or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal English-learning purposes within the plan you have purchased.
Content you submit to the Service (e.g. writing samples in the Writing Lab) remains yours. You confirm that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and pass your submissions to our AI feedback system solely to provide the Service to you and to improve the quality of feedback (in aggregated or de-identified form).
Subject to applicable law, you own the AI-generated feedback produced for your submissions, for your personal learning use. We retain ownership of the underlying prompts, rubrics, and instructional design authored by our expert teachers.
7. AI-generated feedback (Writing Lab)
The Writing Lab provides feedback that is generated by artificial intelligence, guided by prompts, rubrics, and instructional materials authored by our team of expert English teachers. Feedback is not written manually by a human teacher on each submission.
Accuracy. AI feedback may contain mistakes, omissions, or inconsistencies. It is intended to support your English-learning journey, not to replace formal instruction, certification, or professional advice (e.g. for academic admissions, immigration, legal, or employment purposes). You are responsible for reviewing the feedback critically and using your own judgment.
Acceptable use of the AI features. You must not use the Writing Lab or any AI feature of the Service to:
- generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or content that sexualizes minors;
- generate deepfakes or impersonate real people without consent;
- create malware, phishing material, or content intended to defraud;
- jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise circumvent our safety measures;
- submit content you do not have the right to share;
- misrepresent AI output as having been written or graded by a human teacher.
Moderation. We may filter, refuse, or remove submissions and outputs, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users, our system, or third parties.
Rights-holder complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact nativeskillshub@gmail.com with details. We will review and act on valid complaints, including taking down infringing material and, for repeat infringers, terminating accounts.
8. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may update, suspend, or change features as the product evolves.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limit is prohibited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will give reasonable notice (e.g. by email or in-app notice). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
